If you work regular casual or agency shifts, you can still be assessed in a similar way to someone working full-time or part-time.

You'll generally need at least 6 months in your current role, 2 recent payslips showing at least 6 months YTD income, and in some cases 6 months of bank statements showing your pay coming into your account on a regular basis.

If your YTD income covers less than 6 months, most lenders will also accept your PAYG summary or tax return from the previous year to support your application.

As your broker, we’ll assess your situation and income. With the right loan structure, we can match you with the right lender and access competitive rates.

Healthcare workers, don’t let your employment type hold you back from getting a home loan, refinancing, or investing!
